A name, phone number, or address entered in a search box is sent to the independent provider that produces the result. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those queries. If you contact us, we receive the content of your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting services keep ordinary log information, such as an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request. We review aggregate patterns to maintain the service and understand general use. Cookies or similar technology may assist basic analytics or advertising measurement where used.
How Limited Data Is Used
That information supports operation, troubleshooting, aggregated traffic measurement, and improvements. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.

Links lead to county and state portals, library collections, archives, and independent search tools. Their policies govern information entered on their services, including any sponsored result provider. Review those policies before submitting data.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process technical logs for the service. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information when valid legal process requires disclosure and otherwise do not release it.
Security and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. No visitor account, password, or profile is created by this service.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor sent information so it can be deleted.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data a website holds. Ohio's research materials did not identify a general statewide consumer-privacy or data-broker deletion law. Because this service retains little, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and applicable logs, then removing information found. Use the Contact page. Public records controlled by Ohio, Lucas County, or Township offices must be addressed to the actual custodian, not this service.
